In the Soroptimist Women in the Trades and Technology Center, we provide education and support services to women interested in exploring career options that are considered non-traditional and pay a higher wage than traditional career options for women. Along with the services offered by the Women and Men’s Resource Center, this center also provides help enrolling in the trade and technology education classes, community resources and support for working in non-traditional careers, apprenticeship programs referrals, employment information and advocacy.

We are located in the Women and Men’s Resource Center in Room DD144 at the Pacific Coast Campus.

Our annual Women in the Trades Career and Job Fair is on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 from 9:00am to 1:00pm in the PCC Student Center.
